This year has been one of the toughest yet transformative years yet!


In this episode, I take a look back at 2023, the lessons I've learned, and what I'm most excited about for 2024!


Joining me for a look back at 2023 is someone I'm so excited to work with in 2024, the brilliant Luke Evans. Luke is the founder of YouNeek Productions and is someone I clicked instantly with. Not only is he a brilliant friend, he is also the founder of the phenomenal Lets Talk which was created to allow a group of men to share their stories, their vulnerabilities, and their strengths.


This episode was a rollercoaster of emotions, but it was a really nice reminder of just how powerful talking can be!
