Formz joins me fresh from the Super Bowl to have a waffle about his brand new single, Keyboard Warriors. The track addresses online bullying, and was written after he received online hate for performing a football freestyle on Sky Sports. Formz built up a significant following over the pandemic with regular freestyles, rapped sporting roundups and by simply doing something that he loves doing

I took so much away from this episode, and Formz is a true example of how having self-belief and clarity can really take you to where you need to go!
