Meet my long time mate Guy, I’ve been wanting to get him on the pod since the day it launched. Guy is the real deal; he’s grounded, driven, humble and kind. From the get-go he’s supported me and my dreams and always inspired me to stay on my path. This human cares. And did I mention he’s so passionate, he’s got a Bondi Harvest cafe in LA, he just launched a restaurant in Milan, Italy as covid hit, and can I say his spirit hasn’t been dampened. We talk about fear, the big picture and staying in your lane. Guy has also recently relocated the iconic Bondi cafe Depot, so if you’re in town absolutely check out this 15 year run family business. I can confirm they serve the best barramundi salad going round! They're also opening a community hub this week so keep your eyes peeled if you're a local.
