20. Gold with Lewis Williams

At just 23 years of age, heavyweight boxer Lewis Williams claimed gold at the Commonwealth Games in 2022. We catch up with Lewis as he seeks to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics. Those of us that watched him triumph were indeed Gobsmacked! by his achievement. But what preparation and mindset do you need to cultivate to be a Gold medal winner?
