In this episode of Strong Core we're joined by Liam Tutty, owner of Dead Centre Brewing, to have a chat about Seeking Sunshine, their flagship Pale Ale.
I caught up with Liam in the Dead Centre Brewing taproom, located in the heart of Athlone overlooking the River Shannon. We chat all about the beer, as well as Dead Centre Brewing itself, plans for their brand new brewery, Liam's obsession with glassware (including the Hope glass retaliation!) and upcoming brews.
