Alex was a Rugby Union International prop who had to retire at only aged 30 after suffering sustained injuries and has had to figure out his new life.  Thankfully he has been able to work in the sport he has always been passionate about.  Now living in the US working in the media, he talks openly about people who have sustained brain injuries playing rugby.
