International Women’s Day 2024 LIVE from The Last Thursday Club

Their conversation, recorded in front of a live audience of 50 IAB members at The Last Thursday Club, covers the pressing issue of gender pay disparity, a lack of meritocracy in hiring, and the need for education around unconscious bias.
