Film in the Family

Conor Slattery is well known to film goers and TV audiences but when he came in to studio to chat to Elmarie, it was about the latest film he's directed. Once Upon a Time in Ireland tells the tale of a group of Anti-Treaty fighters, who are trapped in a cave by the tide. It's been screened in many festivals at home and abroad already, but Conor had some exciting news about its release to share with listeners. Not only that, but he was joined in studio by his two young sons who are also filmmakers, and all three have a film being screened in the Beara Film Festival in West Cork!
