Putting the right people around you will lift you up and drive you forward.

The wrong people will hold you back, and then drag you down.

This could sound a bit heavy..... so let's focus on the positives!

Jim Rohn (someone I consider a mentor of mine) said, "You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. They determine what conversations dominate your attention, and they shape who you are."

Quite honestly, at certain times, that would include Laura, the receptionist at my gym, and Bartak, who works evenings at Lidl!

Good friends, a loving family, experienced mentors, and trusted partners. This is the kind of network that will help you fulfil your potential and achieve your dreams.

Bizarrely, too many men decide to do the lone wolf route. They are too busy to involve others. They just need to push on.

Or they join a business mastermind and muddle along in their relationship.

Prioritising one area over another is not enough.

Because when you start to struggle in one area, you fall down in all.

That is why you must pay close attention to the ENGAGE stage of the POWER CODE. The quality of the people you put around you is vital.

Today, it's about your friends and mentors. When you win, it is better to celebrate with others. And if you're heading towards rock bottom, you better be sure you won't hit it on your own.
