Melissa Hamilton is on a mission and that mission is to inspire female leaders to take control of their careers and become CEO's. She does this through her company, which she founded, Brave Feminine Leadership. As a CEO, leading teams of up to 5,000 globally, Melissa has seen firsthand the challenges women face in reaching their ultimate potential and Brave Feminine Leadership run two Mastermind programs to inspire women to become their best, both personally and professionally.

It was when Melissa was diagnosed with breast cancer that she decided to end her corporate career and go out on her own. Melissa has always been a natural leader, even when she was at boarding school she was given a house captain role.
