Building a Support System for Cancer Patients with Liz Curran and Karla Mans Giroux

Do you know anyone who has been diagnosed with, passed away from, or recovered from cancer? Cancer has touched the lives of too many people around the world and while there isn’t a cure yet, there is a support system for those who are battling the disease.

In today’s episode, I am joined by Liz Curran and Karla Mans Giroux , the founders of Health Navigators. After losing her sister to breast cancer, Liz has become inspired to empower others to find their voice and play an active role in their health and recovery without feeling alone. Liz has gone on to become a holistic cancer health coach and provides those battling cancer with a mindset roadmap and community of support. Liz’s partner, Karla, is a cancer thriver. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, Karla embarked on a healing and learning journey to help herself gain optimal health and longevity. She is blessed to report that her scans are stable and she hasn’t had evidence of disease since 2016. From both of their personal experiences, Liz and Karla have joined together to inspire and support those who are battling cancer through the foundation of Health Navigators.
