'Life is worth living and I am worth life' Patrick Browne from Dundalk shares his story.

Patrick Browne from Dundalk didn't have the easiest of times as a child he suffered from an eating disorder which saw his weight plummet to 3 stone aged just 10, he carried a lot of anger anxiety and resentment into his teenage years which led to him contemplating taking his own life. Patrick had a lot to overcome and shared his personal story of how finding God gave him strength and comfort to lead a much happier healthier life. Patrick is passionate about speaking out about mental health issues and his mantra life is worth living and you are worth life is something we should all take on board.
