This week we're speaking to Senator Hollie Hughes, Liberal Senator for New South Wales.

In our chat, Hollie and I chat about her "long and winding road" to Parliament House. In 2017, she was in line to replace former Nationals senator Fiona Nash who was disqualified for being a dual citizen but then Hollie herself was ruled ineligible because of she was employed part-time as a member of a Government tribunal - the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

We chat through this, party politics and preselections and... vaping!

We also discuss Hollie's passionate advocacy for people with disability, her opinions on creating a sustainable NDIS and her work on the National Autism Strategy.
