Is Congress “Banning” TikTok? | Jake Denton

This week, the House of Representatives passed the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act by an overwhelming majority. Some are saying that this bill will result in the banning of the popular social media app TikTok. But the truth is more complicated.
