At the start of lockdown, Stef took the plunge and turned F*ck Being Humble, her then side hustle into her full time hustle, and had to pivot her business plans from in person events, to 100% remote. Stef's ‘Blag now, worry later’ attitude enabled her to thrive during lockdown, and has landed her opportunities including doing a TEDx Talk, being named one of Forbes 30 Under 30, hosting her own radio channel and writing a book with no experience as an author.

In this episode we talk through everything from the importance of self promotion to the lack of female representation in the creative industry. Ashlee and Stef also chat through how to tackle imposter syndrome, and how you should never let the fear of sounding stupid (FOSS) stop you from asking for you want or celebrating your success.
