On this episode Rebecca speaks to Katie Healy Nolan. Katie is a mum of four and full-time carer to her daughter Penelope who was born with additional needs. Katie and her husband David survived the horrendous Bataclan attack in Paris and live to tell the tale. Katie is an incredible advocate for children with additional needs and discusses her triumphs and challenges when it comes to managing Penelope's health needs
