Jackie Reses, Chairman, Economic Development Council at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Former Head of Square Capital, and co-author of Self-Made Boss, joins Dan Loney to discuss the state of small business. Reses, a Wharton alumna, talks about how 2/3 of job growth is coming from small business and how the Great Resignation is contributing to the growth of entrepreneurship across the U.S.
