Sport Stories: Kenneth Egan

Kenneth Egan became an Irish sporting hero after winning a silver medal in boxing at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. However, what was the highlight of his boxing career soon resulted in some real lows as Egan struggled with alcohol addiction and his new found fame following his return from the Games. He sits down with Bernard O'Toole here to discuss his life in boxing going back to his childhood in Clondalkin, the his journey to the Olympics and the difficulties he faced afterwards.
