We hear from Bon Appétit’s new Editor-in-Chief, Dawn Davis, who previews the latest issue of the magazine titled “How 1971 Changed the Way We Eat Forever.” Next up is Gail Simmons, the cookbook author and judge on Bravo’s Top Chef. Gail details how she found her lane in the food space and shares the importance of amplifying underrepresented voices. Then we hear from Emelie Svensson, the co-owner of Restaurant Agnes, located in Stockholm. Emelie talks about her experience as an adopted Korean Swede and how she manages her restaurant.
