Frank O'Sullivan - Solid Gold

Cork native and Birmingham boxing legend, Frank O'Sullivan, is the special guest for this week's podcast. The Irishman is a boxing phenomenon in his adopted city of Birmingham - setting up his gym in 1956 and is beloved by many in the city for his tireless efforts to train the local kids. One of his students, Galal Yafai, won gold at the Tokyo Olympics. He was honoured by Queen Elizabeth in 2012.
