Anxiety is a condition that affects a lot of children; fear about terror attacks, natural disasters and plane crashes is something that, thanks to our omnipresent media our children are more aware of than ever. Dr Chiara Hunt and Marina Fogle talk to Emma Gleadhill, specialist in adolescent development, about how to communicate with our children so they can articulate their fears and master their anxiety.
