Stewart Roberts from Haircuts 4 Homeless

Stewart Roberts is a one man marvel. He set up Haircuts 4 Homeless, where he and a number of volunteers in numerous locations across the UK, cut homeless peoples hair. Offering them a chance to feel good about themselves, but also offering them compassion, an ear to listen and no judgement! we talk about this amazing charity and how Stewart came to set up this initiative. We also talk about Stewarts own battles with depression and his recovery. This is a really open and honest conversation between Nick and Stewart, where we really get into mental health, recovery and how to move forward.
