Lord Zion

This week I am so pleased to have Lord Zion on the show. I came across his book A Life Amid Crisis on Amazon, where he talks about his incredible life and his own battles with the black dog. Zion is an example of someone who has battled mental health issues from a young age, but still manage to achieve so much. He has been a successful rock star in the band Spit Like This, he has written and directed movies, as well as writing the great book that inspired me to reach out to him and invite him to share his story this week.
