Gary Hayes PTSD 999

This week I am happy to say the my guest is Gary Hayes from the charity PTSD 999. Beware this episode is raw and intense, as Gary shares his journey from soldier to police officer, to starting this charity. Gary's experiences include the London 7/7 terror attacks, which had a profound impact upon him and contributed massively to his own PTSD. Gary offers unprecedented insight into his mental health and all of the trauma he has experienced. This all led his starting the charity offering specialist trauma based therapy for emergency service workers. This is an amazing heart felt episode.
