Immersing Yourself in Happiness with David Frangioni

What makes you feel good? What motivates you to get out of bed each day? Sometimes it’s the pursuit of your dream job, providing for your family, or just creating space to enjoy that first sip of coffee in the morning. For David Frangioni, it was drumming. David Frangioni grew up blind in one eye. Due to his disability, he was bullied throughout his childhood. But David refused to let them get to him. Instead, he immersed himself in an environment of feeling good. He was in pursuit of being a drummer. Throughout my conversation with David, he talks about how no matter the adversity or differences that you face from the world, feeling good is the key to propel you to happiness. Tune in to hear more about David’s journey and how you can immerse yourself in a feel-good environment each day. David’s Happiness Hack: “Faith gives you the strength that you need. Faith is the engine. We can just say all these words and we can say all the right things and we can talk about all the rah-rah-rah, but it really comes down to action. It really comes down to like, what do you do in your life? The faith that I have — and the strength that I get from that faith — helps me to “do” even in the face of adversity, challenges, setbacks - you know - all the things that happen in life as you’re on your journey. And don’t give up.”Some Questions I Ask:  - How did you get to where you are today? (2:44) - What’s your morning routine? (7:31) - What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned from your mistakes?
