Ep027 Mini-sode: "Netflix and... Self-Isolation"

Here's a mini-episode as the UK tries to navigate its way around the global pandemic, that is COVID-19 (or Corona Virus to the rest of us).

As we try to manage self-isolation and quarantine and ways to keep ourselves and our families entertained, we have collated a list of some of our top films and TV shows to watch and binge on Netflix, in the comfort and safety of your own home.

We love Netflix and wadded through their plethora of TV shows and films (there’s so many!) and picked out some of our favourites for you to enjoy during these 'unprecedented times’.

“Netflix has plenty of classic films in its catalogue, and in recent years, the streaming service has also produced some superb original films, from the animal rights satire Okja to the Oscar-winning Roma and Noah Baumbach’s Marriage Story. And yet: for every award-winning drama, there are just as many trashy B-movies (such as the risible romance A Christmas Prince).” - Telegraph Film

From the eerie classic BLACK MIRROR to all of Ghilbi’s catalogue, we've got something for everyone… and a few more.

Listen to discover which Ghibli films made Abi’s ‘Lockdown List’ and Tolu's TV sci-fi favourites.
