Heather McGregor embraced a big career change at 55, going from entrepreneur to academic dean, continuing a period in her life where she's switched from supportive partner to family breadwinner. Heather has always had an eye on the future, planning for what might come next. She believes it's never too late for a career change - if you prepare ahead of time.
