How not to lose a final. Italy 1 England 1 (Italy win 3-2 on pens)

Recorded late, right after it went down, and with more than a little frustration in my voice. Forza Italia, the new champions of Europe, but where was the new England we had grown so fond of watching? Undone by slow decision-making on the touchline and a tired talisman on the pitch. Here's my on-the-whistle take on the final.
