Self-love in dating and relationships: Part two

On the show part two of our series on self-love, dating and relationships with Bumble.

Bumble is the app that started a movement by putting women in charge when dating and they’ve released their self-love report and after surveying over one-thousand single Kiwi Bumble users found:

  • 73% of single Kiwis believe that having high self-love is one of the best ways to set you up for a healthy romantic relationship
  • 66% agree that when you have higher levels of self-love, you are more likely to feel equal in your romantic relationship

We’re joined by Bumble’s APAC Communications Director Lucille McCart to chat openly about dating, and have fun while we’re at it!

We know dating can be hard to navigate, so as you're dating coaches, we're here to help.

We chat about dating fatigue, more advice and discuss the societal pressures on being in a relationship, even if it's not a healthy one because being single is perceived as less than.

Plus more on Bumble's self-love report and ways to improve our relationship with ourselves.

This isn't just for singles - self-love doesn't stop when you're in a relationship (in fact it's so important in order to have a healthy one) so if you're in a relationship this is for you too!

This episode is brought to you by Bumble. Wanna feel empowered when it comes to dating? Find that feeling on Bumble, get it now wherever you get your apps.
