S1 10. Chemsex (with David Stuart)

In a very frank, honest and enlightening interview, Diggory and Cate speak with David Stuart about Chemsex - a drug-use epidemic specific to the gay community. Attributed to coining the term, David details what Chemsex is, delves into his own experience of partaking in Chemsex during the late 1990s and early 2000s and theorises as to why it's a phenomenon affecting gay men in particular. As well as speaking about Chemsex, David outlines what implementations he believes we should incorporate into our sex education, such as teaching people about the potentially life changing drugs PEP and PREP.

The Real Sex Education is presented by Diggory Waite and Cate Campbell and produced by Andy Goddard, with special thanks this week to John Wakefield.
