426: What happens when you run forever? Environmental activist and ultra-runner Tom Batrouney is going to find out on Friday

Tom Batrouney is a surfer, environmentalist, entrepreneur and ultra-runner from Sydney.

He’s the co-founder of Blaek Store, a responsible clothing and homeware store, he is the Head Environmental Technician & Community Advocate at the Seabin Project which has over 700 ocean cleanup bins installed across the world.

Tom’s putting all of the things he’s passionate about together into an enormous fundraising effort. From 7am this Friday the 8th of April, Tom is going to run 10km loops of the Manly Dam.

As long as people keep donating, Tom’s going to keep running.

He’s hoping to raise $500,000 and the event is appropriately called “Run Forever”.
