We Need A Healthy Body To Do What We Love

Sugar causes the crazies—but what to do? It’s my favorite food group.


I also recall seeing severe autism reduced to minor autism by cutting out all processed foods, including sugar. It was in a documentary and the child wouldn’t eat for nearly five days but when she did, she stopped her wild overreactions. Food matters and yet those foods that give us comfort also cause us discomfort—yes, life is full of paradoxes.


Kids will need a healthy body to do what they want: be a fireman, a teacher, an astronaut, a garbage collector, a restaurant owner, an electrician, a computer expert, a musician, etc. We can’t do what we love without a healthy body.
