Pressure builds, like a volcano about to explode and as I’m fond of saying, you can’t put a lid on lava, so you want to keep the lava under control. You can help yourself by taking the pressure off every few minutes before it culminates in an explosion—try this simple strategy every day this week to help yourself be a calmer parent.


It’s called simple self-care.
