Kate Gunn is an author, writer, blogger, mother and Wicklow resident and I was lucky enough to get her to agree to chat to me on the podcast about her brand new book. The Accidental Soberista - a book about the joys of sobriety. We had a great chat and compared notes on the booze free lifestyle. She's very honest about her boozey days, the highs and lows and there's loads of great stuff in the book that might make even Keith Richards consider the sober life.
