Consent on dating apps and unsolicited dick pics
It’s our last show of 2019 and to celebrate were diving further into one of our most popular chats of the year: consent in the queer community. To do so we’re joined by Christopher Dietzel, a scholar conducting research into sexual consent on dating apps. We discuss how consent is both given and taken away on Grindr, the normalisation of receiving unsolicited dick pics, and how queer people are looking after their mental health on sex apps. And in our Patreon After Show we discuss 'twink privilege' - what does it mean to be a twink in modern-day queer culture? Find out now!
