Emily Sause is a writer, sound practitioner, and group facilitator who helps people create inner resonance and hold themselves accountable for the vibrations they put out into the world. Emily also happens to be one of Krista’s oldest and dearest friends, and she fondly recalls their high school friendship, their teenage rebelliousness, and their determination not to follow the crowd. Today, Emily lives on a permaculture homestead in Upstate New York, where she works on honing her relationship with Nature and reconnecting with the elements and the Earth.
