We are always so pleased to highlight and showcase Cork singers, songwriters and performers, whether they’re working here or abroad. And whether they’re new to the scene or working for years in the arts. JD Kelleher is one of those artists who has done and is doing it all. Somewhat of an all-rounder and chameleon. he can act, he can sing, he can present, he can write, he can change his image, he can change his voice…..you get the idea. And yet, because he is living in London now where he acts and sings and runs an actors agency with something like 200 performers on his books, we can sometimes lose sight of Cork talent abroad. During lockdown he’s been producing and releasing new music from London and it was a chance to chat and listen to music. And we went right back to the beginning, when he first left Millstreet to do arts in UCC.
