  • Exercise - getting rid of the problem before it arises - he hated exercise but changed his habit.
  • Motivation is NOT within our heads, it's in the environment. He explains.
  • Mood follows actions. Take action to feel better. Motion drives emotion.
  • He uses the MAVIG technique as a programme for life. He starts with his morning routine...
  • Journaling is one of his magic tools. It helps you to think more clearly.
