Tom Kerridge a Michelin starred chef and the proud owner of The Hand and Flowers, the only pub with two Michelin stars in the UK.
He has appeared on countless television programmes including Masterchef, Saturday Kitchen and Great British Menu, due to his affable and charming personality and unparalleled culinary skills.
Once very overweight (30 stone at his heaviest), Tom decided to drastically change his lifestyle when he hit 40, giving up alcohol and going on a low carbohydrate diet.
He has since written two chart-topping diet cook books, including the latest - How To Lose Weight For Good, which also boasts a hugely successfully accompanying BBC TV show.
