Talking Tastebuds with Dolly Alderton
Dolly Alderton is a journalist and writer. She co-hosts the brilliant pop culture podcast ‘The High Low’ and recently published her first book, ‘Everything I Know About Love’. In her words: “...it’s a memoir about growing up and learning lessons. A love story, but it’s not really about men.”
Dolly had me round to her lovely Camden flat to record this episode and it instantly felt like less of an interview and more a conversation about food, family, self-care and self-love. And that’s due to Dolly. She’s the kind of girl you want to stay up all night laughing with and tell all your secrets to.
We discuss her life with food and cooking, her recovery from an eating disorder, a recent trip to Linda the psychic, therapy, self-care and living a valid life without being in a relationship.
