Maddy is a three-time bestselling cookery author, a Nutritional Therapist, creator of the Glow Guides, a yoga teacher and an ambassador for Origins. In this episode we discuss Maddy's disordered eating habits as a young teenager, rediscovering self-nourishment in Sydney, building her blog into a business and now, becoming a mother to her baby boy - and the huge decision to keep his face off social media.
