Kenny Polcari - The Global Financial Crisis

“Post the Global Financial Crisis it was exhausting because every day was just another down day. It was another pressurized day. A lot of people lost a lot of money. Some people couldn't take it anymore. Suicide rates in this country and this industry went up, it was tough. I mean, it was very, very difficult to come to work every day and try to focus on what was positive because every day it was just negative news. There was nothing positive for a good four years or so. There was just nothing positive about what was happening in the financial markets.”
