Settling down for sleep for two to five year olds

After a busy day, it can be difficult for children to settle down and get ready for sleep. In the first of our series, we’ve put together some simple exercises to help your little ones unwind as part of their bedtime routine.

Younger children may need some extra help from a grown-up to help them follow the routine.
