Some of you may be aware that I produce a podcast for Australian Shareholders' Association called AGM Watch. ASA has volunteer company monitors who go over matters arising in company AGMs. They make recommendations on voting intentions and discuss member concerns with directors and the board. I'm sharing this episode with you because there is an interesting turnaround occurring at Telstra. We also welcomed Chair John Mullen at the ASA Annual conference. He seemed genuinely humble and honest about how they are dealing with the problems facing the company.
