Dumplings, Garlic Aoili, Chinatown: Questionable service, Autumnal food TV and garlic on everything
Taylor is back from the South of France with tales of aoili-soaked whelks, as Sam runs through the best and worst of Autumn’s food TV offerings. They then venture to Gerrard St, Chinatown in an attempt to satisfy a Friday afternoon urge for xiao long bao. Unfortunately, results vary as they’re met with questionable service and even more questionable settings (see: carpet as far as the eye can see).
