One Of Those Weeks

Paul and Rob went to a brand new place, recorded a wonderful episode... and lost it, so it's back to the Parkland Walk and Queens Wood for a re-record that turns out to be a lot of fun. Featuring drinking report, Rob feeling shonky at fifty, Paul slip-sliding away, parkrun plans, how to lose an audience - any audience - motivation (lack of), more of your fantastic PBs and some sound-based slapstick.
