Lacklustre Legs, Secret Shoes and Crumbling Castles

Autumn is definitely on the way in the woods, but green leaves abide, as Paul and Rob take a necessarily gentle turn. Featuring wobbly legs, secret shoes, Strava, non-taxing jobs and collapsing houses, classic movies and festive filth, injuries, recovery and future events, and two sad but touching shrines.

Rob's sound is a bit strange at the end; do not adjust your ears.

Thank you again SO MUCH to all of you who have ‘bought us a coffee’ through the Acast Supporter button; you’re wonderful.
