Why Princess Anne is replacing Prince Andrew

There has been plenty of drama surrounding Prince Andrew and his connections with Jeffery Epstein, so much so that he has stepped back from royal duties. Now, it appears that his sister, Princess Anne is set to replace him in a very important celebration!
