Google pays for News, Buttrose attacks boss, Code for On-line News

Google has signed an agreement to pay Australian media companies for high-quality news it sources from them to use on its site, ABC Chair Ita Buttrose has allegedly accused the Communications Minister of lying over attempts by the national broadcaster to cut back-office costs, ACMA has proposed implementing a voluntary Code of Conduct for on-line news content.
