Singer-songwriter Lucy Spraggan exploded into the limelight ten years ago via The X Factor.

Her new single “Everything Changes” is inspired by Lucy's newly-acquired 30-year-old perspective on the world, declaring that the sheer terror of  knowing that you know nothing is the best part of life.

Lucy's also has an autobiography on the way, and if it’s anything like her amazing music or fearless personality, her book will be unapologetically explosive as well.
